While we always aim to arrange the rooms in your new property according to your individual tastes, given our busy moving day schedule, we cannot continually organise your rooms for you. Considering this, it would be good if you establish a clear idea of where exactly you would like your furniture to be placed. This way, we can position it in the right place the first time round!
Unless we agreed on this with you in advance at the estimation stage, all furniture will need to be dismantled and ready to be moved before we arrive. If we have agreed to do this for you at the quotation stage, we can perform the furniture dismantling and reassembling to the best of our ability. It is vital that we are made aware on what is required at the quotation stage so we can gather the necessary resources and tools in time for moving day! Therefore, please ensure to provide us with as much information as you can.
